Do I need to create an account to order?

Customers can check out as guests and complete their purchase without creating an account. However, in order to manage their subscription or cancel their subscription, they will need to create an account or use the email address associated with subscription to access the subscription management portal.

How secure is your payment processing?

We never see your payment details as all processing is handled by PayPal or a PayPal owned company that processes transactions for some of the largest e-commerce companies on the planet. You can be sure that your payment is processed using market-best technologies and protocols and that our service providers are validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider.

How do I change my address?

To modify your address, simply access your account and choose the "View addresses" option located on the right side of the page (if you're using a desktop view) or in the account details section at the bottom (if you're using a mobile view).

I want a subscription but I have been ripped off before. Is XMODE honest?

We started XMODE to deliver a better energy product for much less than ever before. In keeping with that spirit, we make subscription management super-easy. To modify your subscription, just log into your account and pause, change or cancel your subscription as you see fit. If you want a subscription, then choose your favourite XMODE flavour and select subscribe option and enjoy the benefit of 10% off.

How to troubleshoot the issue facing in accessing my account/my orders' history?

What if my credit card expires when I have subscription?

No need to fret. If your credit card information which we have stored in our system fails to authorize a charge, we will keep your subscription active for 7 days past that point of the renewal charge, to allow you ample time to fix the credit card profile information.

If your credit card does expire, you will need to update the credit card info before automatic payments can resume.

It is pretty simple to update, please see the following steps:

  • You should have a subscription on XMODE.
  • Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
  • Open the desired subscription, scroll to "Payment details" and choose the desired option to update/change.

  • When you click on "update", it will ask you to send a mail to your email address where you can go and update the details.
